Q: Can I get a refund on a misspelled domain name that I have just registered?
A: Sorry, unfortunatly we cannot refund your money with regards to misspelled domain names that have been registered.
Although we are a domain registrar, we must deal with an even larger, world-wide domain consortium (ICANN)
that is not very forgiving in regards to misspelled domain names. You will have to register a new domain, or you can have us register the
domain for you for a one-time fee of $14.95 per domain, in addition to the yearly fee of $10 per domain.
Q: Can I get a refund if I purchase a Hosting Plan based on the wrong/misspelled domain name?
A: If you have signed up for one of our hosting plans within the last 30 days of this support ticket, then the answer is YES!
All of our hosting plans come with a 30 day (720 hours), no questions asked, money back guarantee. However, if you are reporting
this incident after the 30 day policy has expired, then unfortunatly we cannot refund your initial payment. However if you are on a
monthly plan, then we can stop your monthly billing. You will then have to signup for a new hosting plan.
Q: Why doesn't my email disk usage space decrease after deleted many uneeded emails from my Inbox?
A: Be sure to empty out your "Trash" box every once in a while, especially after a major purge of unneeded emails. Then you will see your disk space usage decrease.
